Our Methodology
Each Anchora service follows the same underlying principle: start with what the client actually has in front of them, explain what it means in general terms, and build a practical output they can use going forward.
We don't work from generic scripts. A session is shaped by your documents, your questions, and your pace. That said, each service has a defined structure — so the output is consistent regardless of where the conversation goes.
All services are available in person at our Khon Kaen office or via video call. Sessions are conducted in English.

Foundations Information Course
A short educational series explaining, in general terms, how retirement systems are structured and where to find official guidance. Delivered as a series of focused sessions, each covering a distinct area of the retirement landscape.

This service is hands-on. We go through your documents with you, decide together on the right organisational structure, and build the index and checklist to match what you actually have.

An ongoing arrangement keeping paperwork and important dates neatly maintained through periodic sessions. Once the initial file is in order, this service ensures it stays that way as your circumstances evolve.
The Companion arrangement is annual, with sessions scheduled throughout the year. Between sessions, we maintain a log of upcoming dates and flag anything that needs your attention.
